POSITION SUMMARY: Performs programmatic duties to include program orientation, eligibility determination, outreach and referral, and assists ESR/Case Manager with assessment, development of OJT/WEX contracts, and follow-up services.

SUMMARY: Under direction, will be responsible for providing overall services in the areas of employer recruitment, development of OJT contracts, job search assistance, vocational exploration, counseling, and the development of participant Individual Employment Plans.
