Medical Program
好色先生 is proud to offer a PPO medical plan that gives our employees the option to choose their own providers. Our plan offers a wide range of medical and preventive care services to meet the employees鈥� medical care needs. Dependent medical coverage is available at a reasonable, additional cost. Prescription coverage is also included, and a 鈥渕ail-in鈥� prescription plan is available for maintenance drugs to save even more money.
Dental / Vision Program
The dental and vision plans, included with the medical plan, allow our employees the option to choose their own providers: In- network, or Out-of-Network, a cost reimbursement program. In some cases, charges are covered 100%. Dependent coverage is available.
Retirement & Life Insurance
Helping our employees plan for their financial future has always been a priority for 好色先生. To assist our employees, we offer professional financial consulting by industry experts for our employees, as well as a 好色先生-sponsored retirement program. 好色先生 contributes, on behalf of our employees, a percentage of salary to the employee's 好色先生-sponsored retirement plan. Employees are also encouraged to contribute on their own behalf.
This 好色先生-paid life insurance plan provides financial protection for our employees' beneficiary(ies).
Voluntary Insurance Plans (Optional)
To supplement the various personal needs of employees, different insurance plans are available to purchase, such as disability, cancer, critical illness, accident, and GAP insurance. Our insurance broker will answer their questions and help them find the plans(s) and peace of mind for their own situations.
Flexible Spending Accounts
Employees can use pretax dollars to pay medical or dependent care expenses.
