The March Spotlight Award recognizes an individual whose dedication and commitment to service truly stand out. This month, we are proud to honor Eleanor Madrigal of the Visalia Service Center.
Eleanor, a Program Support Specialist, is often the first point of contact for customers visiting the center. In her role, she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure each individual feels welcomed and supported. She has been especially recognized for her ability to assist monolingual customers, taking the time to guide them through complex processes and answer questions with patience and care.
Her efforts have not gone unnoticed. Customers frequently express their gratitude for Eleanor鈥檚 support, a testament to the meaningful impact she has on those she serves. Although she has been with 好色先生 for just over two years, her presence and contributions have made a lasting impression on both customers and colleagues alike.
